The Company

Billion Smart Technology LTD. was formed in 1999 to provide a competitive range of High Performance

Indoor / Outdoor / Solar LED Lighting Fitting, and all manner of associated Emergency Lighting Equipment to

local and overseas markets.

Goal's and Objectives
The Company's primary objective is to be a high quality independent supplier of cost effective, state of art,

lighting equipments. These equipments are made up of a comprehensive range of dedicated lighting controls

and ancillary peripherals. The Company is also dedicated to providing a close cooperative working partnership

with it’s customers, with a policy of listening and providing of appropriate products and services that satisfy

their ongoing needs.

Quality Assurance

The Company's range of products stringently adhere to the current European and International Regulations,

with Full Certifications to Standards such as for Electronic driver  EN61347-1, EN61347-2-13, EN61547,

EN55015, EN61000-3-2, EN61000-3-3,EN62384 and LED lighting IEC/ EN 60598 etc.

And for Emergency Power Kit: IEC / EN 60598-2-22 and PPA104A (5th rev.) of HKFSD etc.
